Back in March, I commented about the fact that I love a good challenge and enjoy taking just a melody or a vocal, re-harmonizing it and building the background around the new chords. I've received several vocals on another site and have re-harmonized them and created new songs from the new chords.

I thought that I would share one of them with you called "Shooting Star." A singer song writer Tricia Dovidio wrote the melody, Lyrics and sings on the song. I created the entire background using what I know about re-harmonization.

I didn't have a premeditated style or genre in mind. I simply began playing what came natural to me following the vocal. I let the vocal take me where it needed to go. It was as simple as that! The song is on my music page.
